The draw for the group stage of the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League is officially set. On Thursday, 32 teams from around the world found out where they match up in the group stage of the biggest tournament in club soccer. Defending champions Bayern Munich were drawn with Atlético Madrid, Salzburg and Lokomotiv Moscow. Real Madrid wound up in another group alongside Shakhtar Donetsk, Inter Milan and Monchengladbach. Interestingly, Barcelona and Juventus were placed in the same group. While Manchester City will play out of another group against Porto, Olympiakos, and Marseille. Manchester United is in the “group of death” of the tournament, with three powerhouses. The group stage kicks off with matches on October 20.
