Tukur Mamu, the negotiator for the Abuja-Kaduna train attack victims, has disclosed that the health of the remaining victims in the kidnappers’ den is deteriorating. In a statement he issued to journalists, in Kaduna, Tukur Mamu explained that he fears that some of the victims are being subjected to horrible conditions. He noted that some were bitten by snakes and may not survive if immediate action is not taken by the Federal Government.
