#EndSARS, the hashtag created amplify conversations around police brutality and bad governance as returned to the trends table of twitter. The hashtag, which first went viral in 2017, was used to organise online and physical protests across the country. The hashtag is currently making the rounds on social media with Nigerians refusing to back down on their demands despite the events that followed the nationwide protests in Nigeria.

The worst people are the people that thought the #EndSARS movement was all about food, fun and games.
I don't know how to describe people that STILL think it's a festival.

This year, we should have a “Father #EndSARS “ and not a Father Xmas.
•Visit the poor/slums.
•Give food to the hungry.
•And educate people in your area why we all must demand better from our leaders. It should be an #EndSARS Christmas.
RT if we should organise and do this.— #OurFavOnlineDoc 🩺🇳🇬🇬🇧💎 (@DrOlufunmilayo) December 3, 2020
