Former Attorney General and Minister of Justice in the Second Republic, Chief Richard Akinjide has been hospitalised at the University College Hospital(UCH), Ibadan. The elder statesman was admitted on Monday, and is said to be responding to treatment, Going by reports, the 84-year-old legal practitioner was brought to the hospital with symptoms associated with old age. Visits to his private suite have been highly restricted to a few close family members only, while a few tests carried out by the hospital did not reveal any serious health condition.
