Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has given the directives for c to continue to work from home. The work extension will last for another two weeks. This means that the workers will resume to their physical offices by February 1. This decision is in a bid to curtail the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a statement signed by the Head of Service, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, it was disclosed that the directive excludes staff on essential duty as well as First Responders. The statement also said weekly duty rosters should be maintained.
