French Club, Paris Saint-Germain has said Neymar will miss the club’s Champions League last 16, first leg match against his former club Barcelona due to his injury. The forward suffered a groin injury in PSG’s 1-0 Wednesday’s Coupe de France win over Caen after a heavy challenge by defender Steeve Yago. This injury as ruled the Brazilian out of the game in Camp Nou, Spain on February 16. PSG has disclosed that he was expected to be sidelined for “around four weeks”, indicating that he might be fit to face Barça in the return leg in Paris on 10 March. The 29-year-old would be the second major PSG player to be ruled out in the run-up to the tie, after winger Ángel Di María Angel Di Maria suffered a thigh injury.
