A Televangelist and Senior Pastor of the House on the Rock churches, Pastor Paul Adefarasin, has advised members of the church to have an escape route out of Nigeria due to the rising level of insecurity. In a now-viral video, the Cleric made it known that even though he has faith, he still has his “Plan B” out of the country.
The comment by the Pastor as, however, attracted mixed reactions from social media users. See some below:
If you think some of us will listen to what Pastor Paul Adefarasin said and start working towards a plan b, you’re absolutely right.. you think we’ve being watching videos and reading threads by @wakawaka_doctor for nothing? Every politician/elite in Nigeria has an escape plan

Pastor Paul Adefarasin has to be one of the most untruthful teachers/pastors.. remove his fine English and packaging nothing come out. Telling your members to run to seme border or Cameroon. Does he even know Kano is better and well organized than this countries he Just mentioned

Impressed with Pastor Paul Adefarasin's advise to his church yesterday to have a plan for escaping Nigeria in event of an implosion. Said his wife has gone ahead of him to perfect their 'Plan B' abroad. Said leadership of Nigeria could no longer be trusted. I admire his honesty.

A few notes about the Pastor Adefarasin video.
1. Not everyone can have a "Plan B".
2. I sometimes wonder whether Christians in the South identify, on any level, with Christians in the North – or what they expect Northern Christians to do in these circumstances?

Why won't you even think of having a plan B in this failed country. Is it yahaya bello that built a bridge that broke down within a week that wants to lead you to the promise land.Coincidentally pastor Paul adefarasin said the same thing I said on nairaland about having a plan B. pic.twitter.com/xFUJBx1xbk

BMC boys want to start dragging Pastor Paul Adefarasin for his plan B comment
Is that not the prayers your parents pray for you daily? Is that not your own plan A?
But I understand
You must defend incompetence & wickedness to have your daily bread

Pastor Paul Adefarasin said, get a plan B.
I like that he wasn't just telling his members to pray for Nigeria.
Pray for Nigeria from abroad 🤗
