Fédération Internationale de Football Association, FIFA has released its latest rankings for the month of February. It was revealed the Nigeria’s senior national team, Super Eagles is the 36th best football playing country in the world. This indicates that the team, coached by Gernot Rohr, dropped one spot. Although, no ranking was released in January, Nigeria was 35th in the ranking released in November and December 2020. The world football governing body rankings shows that Nigeria accrued a total of 1474 points. The country, however, remain the fifth-best team in Africa trailing Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.
