Nigerian female Afrobeat musician, Tiwatope “Tiwa” Savage, as taken to her official instagram account to call out International act Beyonce and other artistes, who have turned deaf ears to the on-going #EndSARS protest. Tiwa stated that africans celebrated “Black is King” which is Beyonce latest project about the uniqueness and beauty of Africa and afrobeat. Therefore, it is expedient for Beyonce to lend a voice to the present situation of the country ‘that birthed this afrobeat genre”.
Many social media users have supported this request by Tiwa Savage and have jointly called out the international celebrity.

When you released Lion King, many Nigerians saw it a moment of unity for all black people. A true “Wakanda” moment.
Our people are being killed by police.
Take a moment @Beyonce.
Lend a voice for the millions of Nigerians who love you.
Help us #EndPoliceBrutality

Where are those people that wanted to give Beyonce mama Africa because she packed Nigerian/African artiste on her album?

Beyonce can't say it with her full chest that she didn't see the #EndSARS protest on her TL, hell NO
She used Africa to revive back her music, Nigeria Celebrities mostly. Now to use her platform to spread #EndSARS she can't, She's not worthy to be called Mama Africa Honestly

Just has Tiwa Savage predicted, others have taken to their accounts to counter her opinion, stating that Nigerians voices are enough.

We don't need to call on Beyonce and other celebrities because the world is already watching. You're either for us or against us, it won't stop this movement to #EndSARS
Definitely our efforts and voices won't be in vain. This Generation will always make a difference #EndsSARS
