Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter has reacted to the ongoing takeover drama involving billionaire businessman, Elon Musk and the board of the microblogging site. Musk had bidded for the platform offering over $40 billion for a 100 percent stake. However, some members of the board had refused to accept his takeover bid leading to threats by Musk to make moves that could lead to Twitter’s market share crash. However, taking to Twitter on Friday, Dorsey said “As a public company, Twitter has always been for sale. That’s the real issue. I wasn’t pushed out. I left”.
