A 46-year-old woman, Celestina Mamah, allegedly stabbed herself to death in Udenu Local Government Area, Enugu State, following a medical report that she is HIV positive. According to Enugu State Police Command spokesman, SP Ebere Amaraizu, the woman left her home at about 6p.m., headed for a forest near Ogwu Rest House in the area, where it was alleged that she stabbed herself to death with a knife. The lifeless body of the woman was found the next day at about 11a.m. after the family had alerted Udenu Police Division of the woman’s disappearance.
